Following on from our Mock Employment Tribunal, Partners Employment Lawyers are delighted to announce our expert solicitors are able to offer one to one ‘Being Witness’ Training in collaboration with our experienced team barristers.
We have designed a bespoke programme to help individuals to prepare to take the stand as a witness in the Employment Tribunal.
What you should know following our Mock Tribunal:
This training aims to raise your confidence and awareness so that you can be an effective witness.
This training ensures you fully understand the rules and why they are in place to enable you to navigate your way through the court case in which you are being called to give evidence.
This training ensures you know what cross examination is like and get practice giving evidence during cross examination despite the largely hostile nature of experience.
We train you at our offices or at yours preferably within three weeks of the hearing in which you need to give evidence as a witness. Training is for half or one day sessions. We can also arrange to film you giving evidence in order to identify weaknesses and concerns.
We believe that preparation and understanding can make an enormous difference to the quality of evidence that a witness is able to give in court. You will take part in cross examination exercises with one of our team members and get hands-on experience in preparation for your upcoming hearing.
All of the material will be based on fictional scenarios, to ensure we remain fully independent. We are not able to discuss any details of the particular case in which you are to appear with you.
